Thendo Jürgen Thenga is a multifaceted business development and commercial property professional with a unique blend of experience in real estate brokerage, energy consulting, and strategic advisory services. Thendo specializes in deal structuring, market research, client acquisition, and investment advisory across Gauteng's commercial property landscape. With a robust academic foundation, holding a BSc in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics, a Postgraduate Diploma and ongoing Master's in Energy Leadership from Wits Business School, Thendo brings analytical precision and leadership acumen to every transaction. He is also a certified Principal Real Estate Practitioner, combining technical financial skills with deep industry knowledge. Thendo's career spans high-impact roles, including Business Development Manager at Broll Auctions and Sales, and Regional Advisor for Petro CONNECT Holdings, where he led fuel retail strategy, valuations, and funding assessments for major oil companies. His diverse background also includes educational leadership, aviation logistics, and industrial operations, giving him a cross-sectoral edge in understanding client needs and commercial market dynamics. Recognized as a top-performing broker and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Thendo is passionate about empowering businesses through property solutions that drive growth. He’s a published contributor on energy entrepreneurship and actively supports transformation initiatives in aviation and education. Fluent in five South African languages, Thendo brings cultural fluency and relational strength to every client interaction.
